1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (5-10 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days)
Express Shipping (1-3 business days)
Delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen delays caused by the carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $100 USD within the United States.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, and select international locations.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Some regions may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations or carrier limitations.
5. Tracking & Order Status
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact info@digitxali.xyz.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Digitxali is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first.
For items damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate a claim.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
We are not responsible for lost shipments due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
