1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5-10 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days)

Delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen delays caused by the carrier.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $100 USD within the United States.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, and select international locations.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some regions may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations or carrier limitations.

5. Tracking & Order Status

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact info@digitxali.xyz.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Digitxali is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first.

  • For items damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate a claim.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

  • We are not responsible for lost shipments due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
